Hi — I'm Lauren.

I've spent years around sport at a high level — and I've also lived the other side of training: injury, recovery, and the long road of rebuilding when your body doesn't feel like it used to.
 

I'm also a mum. I understand the juggle, the broken sleep, the full days, and the seasons where workouts don't fit neatly into life.
 

That's why I build training around real life.

You don’t need a perfect time to begin.
